Hi I'm a 48 year old male i was injured at work in 2003 and have not been able to return to work since. I've had 2 surgeries. i live in a small 12x60 mobile home,by myself. i am on 12 perscriptions,which were paid for through medicade.which was canceled when my wife left me and took my son with her,so i have no way to pay for my meds. or any medical treatment I have used up all my workers comp.bennifitts.i have been trying to reach a final settlement with work/comp for the past 6-7 mo. in the mean time not being able to work,i've gained over 100lbs.Which makes my knee injury worse,so i would like to see if i could get $12,000.00 to get a lap band surgery I all so need around $6,000.00 to catch up on my lot rent ,utilities my car repaired I am in dire need of moneys to get my meds.[300-400.00] I AM NEW ATTHIS AND FEEL TOTALY ASHAMED TO HAVE TO DO THIS. I WOULD PROBABLY BE ABLE TO PAY SOME OF THIS BACK WHEN I DO FINALY GET A SETTLEMENT. GUY
